Staff is terrible and ruins the experience. Classic New York dive bar for sure but they don’t act like it. The crowd is great but the staff is absolutely lackluster. Bartenders are visibly freaking out and making customers feel like they’re bothering them ordering drinks. The owner does not know how to handle a big game day. On multiple occasions they have failed to deliver. I don’t usually write reviews but at some point it’s too much.

Walked in quickly to use the restroom and was accosted by the bartender. After relieving myself, I apologized saying the location was listed on a publicly available website (Got2Go) for accessible bathrooms. He remained argumentative. Grow up.

Bartender (bigger guy with beard) is soooo freaking rude. Yelled at me when I was at the bar, I misplaced my wallet and when I called the next morning he told me he didn’t have anything, then I went there in person and there it was behind the bar. Not only that, but my ID was split in half and there was $50 missing. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
