Appear to be sexist, personal, and verging on legal matters. Police were called to scene, wish them better health. Looks like the “bouncer” looks out for his girlfriend/boyfriend.

This used to be one of my favorite spots! I went last night for the first time in a while and I will say the food was good and the drinks were strong (which is a plus) the only thing that really frustrated me was the service. My friend and I were catching up so we took some time to chat (which was nice) but they took about 25 minutes to take our order and the hostess had to take our order (she was so sweet). The server could have been new, I’ll give him that, but wow. I used to work here when it was Pipers Kilt and the place is small, I remember checking on my customers multiple times, and I don’t know if that really happened until like 2+ hours in. When I asked for the checklist the toast POS was just left in the table. It just felt really disconnected and honestly I had to giggle a bit. I think the younger generation would rather be on their phone than give good service? Or talk to ppl? Idk? When I went to the bathroom, it was worse than I remember, and I worked there for a while…it used to be bad. I still tipped 20% but it was the first time in a long time, I almost didn’t. For the price of the food, I would expect a better service experience.

The WORST BURGER EVER in my Life!! It tasted like a hard ball of dry beef flavored cotton. Totally REDICULOUS. HORRIBLE
This is the best affordable burger in New York. Amazing tater tots too. Wish they had pickles available to put on their burgers. The food is always hot and fresh. I only rate the service poorly because recently there has been a server who, every time I come in, he is always SO rude. He speaks so quickly and quietly that it is almost impossible to hear what he is saying, and he makes you feel so rushed while ordering that it's actually stressful. Everyone else is amazing, but due to this waiters service I have been coming in way less.
Other than this one server everything else is amazing. Unfortunately his customer service is so bad that it majorly hurts the dining experience. I'm a local server as well, and I know how hard the job can be, but he really needs to be coached to treat his customers better.
