This is our special occasion restaurant but as a Valentine's Day, it is no more they charge almost a $13 service fee. No other restaurant in the area does that and this is the first time I've ever seen it on their bill. I don't see what extra service I got for $13 It's a shame because I live not far from there and I don't plan on going back. I know it's a small amount but it's the point and it's very sneaky. They don't even say it on your menu.

My first time going to Tudor Steakhouse and I must say I had a great time. It was my children's birthday my four-year-old and my 17-year-old and they enjoy their self. They have an older guy there who plays the guitar beautiful, the service was wonderful and the food was great.. I can honestly say I would definitely go back.

Other than no Christmas decorations and the heat was not working. The staff was still excellent as usual along with our meals. Still our special go to place!!

I have been dining here for several years and I order exactly the same items every time. Tonight I was extremely disappointed and I will never return. I ordered a salad and the Ribeye. I ordered the Ribeye to be cooked black and blue. When the salad came out, the waiter told me that the chef messed up and cooked the steak as well. He asked if I wanted it now. I told him no. I want to enjoy my salad course first. After my salad. He brings me the steak which he tried to play off as a freshly prepared steak. Like I said, I ordered the steak black and blue. This steak came out medium well done. I was absolutely livid. They tried to make a fool of me. They took the steak back and the chef prepared another steak. It came out black and blue, however it was not seasoned at all. Not to mention the quality of the steak was “choice” and not even “prime”. The steak was all fatty and had no marbling. The steak was also not “dry-aged” either. I understand that restaurants have off nights, but the place was almost empty. When the bill came, they charged me for every single item. As a long time consistent customer, I figured they would do the right thing. I will never be returning to this restaurant. I wasted $112 on this horrible meal and experience.
