I went to this place with my girlfriend and we each ordered a burrito. What we got was shocking: basically a plain tortilla stuffed with dry rice and maybe two lonely beans. No flavor, no fillings, nothing you’d expect from a proper Mexican burrito. For the price, it felt like a total rip-off. Service was indifferent, and it seemed like no one cared about the quality of the food. We left hungry and frustrated. Definitely not worth it – there are so many better Mexican spots in NYC.

Fantastic, authentic Mexican food in a beautiful atmosphere with great service. The guacamole that they gave us was fresh made by hand the cocktails were unique and inventive definitely a must on your list if you're anywhere near 10th Avenue

BEWARE THEY CHARGE TIP AUTOMATICALLY ON A ALL PARTIES.
Honestly I was disappointed when I got my bill because I had enjoyed everything and the service was great but the automatic addition of a tip—especially without clear communication—feels both unfair and unnecessary.

Tulcingo is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen! The standout dish for me was the beef tongue tacos, they were delicious and generously portioned. There are some genuinely authentic options on the menu here that I can’t wait to try out (like menudos)! I will definitely be back

Had a birthday dinner here 1/9/25 and it was fantastic! Great service, great food - fresh & delicious. We all loved our food and we had a really nice time. The atmosphere is lovely. We’ve been there before and will go there again (and again!).
