This place automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill (which they didn’t tell me…), but then also presents a suggested tip amount on the final screen that doesn’t reflect the gratuity already included. It makes it really easy to accidentally tip an extra 20% on top of what you’ve already been charged. Definitely trying to take advantage of unsuspecting patrons.

Was disappointed by this place. The atmosphere was alright but the drinks fell flat. The service was efficient but impersonal. Both me and my date left feeling a little queasy which is concerning. We had different drinks and no food, and thought maybe the water/ice was to blame.

We love to go to Turks & Frogs. The service is excellent, Anina our server helped us select wine & introduced us to new offerings in food & cocktails. Definitely a great spot for a post-dinner cocktail or even kicking off a girls night. Thanks Anina!

The bartender was quite rude to us, he doesn’t seem to have much customer service skills. He first ignored us for a while then made us get up from our table and move even though there were plenty of empty tables around. Weird vibes.

Really great place! The bartender was amazing and made perfect cocktails, and made great recommedations to my wife for wine selections. The food was really good as well. This will definately be one of our new regular places in the west village!
