Takes ridiculously long to get takeout food. I waited 40 minutes for a simple wrap. The staff is friendly enough but clearly overwhelmed with what is a disorganized mess behind closed doors (or in this case, the closed lockers). Management needs to re-vamp this place or shut it down.

Just had the dryest salmon i’ve ever had in my life. Wish i read the reviews before ordering. Horrible spot and not worth the price.

Mediocre food that is expensive. I have tried time and time again and think this is my last. The staff are all over the place and not the nicest and they constantly mess up orders.

Multiple bad experiences here and the food isn’t good enough to justify it. Got charged for double meat but I can assure you that’s not what I got… the process flow is all over the place, they don’t know who’s order is who’s and can’t communicate amongst workers, not even convinced this is what I ordered. Asked for extra sauce but never received, wasn’t worth asking again, staff are quite rude. Just wait, this place will be another Urban Space casualty in a few years, many such cases of this feedback.

This one was rough. like many of the bad reviews, this one was not good. i ordered the Turkey Medivibe...they should rename it to turkey mediocre vibe. the meatballs were cold and dry...so much so that i barely was able to stick my fork into it. Seems like they just plopped them on top of the bowl right out the fridge and there was dried up drizzle of dressing on them. The rice was also dry and cold; when you chewed, it was almost powdery. Like another reviewer wrote, my bowl was about 80% rice and 15% veggies. I was looking to eat a bit more healthy today, but should have gone to one of the many other options in the area. For a $20+ meal, this was terrible and left me totally unsatisfied. You can totally get a $10 meal around the area which is much more fresh and healthy. (ordered off seamless, picked up shortly after it was ready)

I’ve tried this place for the second time and it’s an absolute fail. The lettuce is old, I’m not sure what the meat is. For $17 the food quality should have a standard.

I love the gluten free wraps here. I’ve tried all and my favorites are the Avo Tuna wrap, the Protein Powerhouse, and the Spicy Chicken Caesar wrap. The salads and grain bowls are also excellent. There’s plenty of seating in the upper level of the food hall. This is a great place to grab a quick and healthy lunch in the area.

O just ordered the Grill Goddess and it was just 2 pieces of meat, it was literally only lettuce. I will never order again from here. First and last.
