My wrap was good an hearty (and expensive), but there is no restaurant. You walk up and input your order on a tablet and wait in a waiting room for someone to call your name. I’d never return unless I’m ordering for delivery.
The menu satisfies and the staff impresses. TWENTYONEGRAINS is truly wonderful. The restaurant personnel are remarkably accommodating. Their menu selections worked perfectly for me. This spot warrants a visit.

Takes ridiculously long to get takeout food. I waited 40 minutes for a simple wrap. The staff is friendly enough but clearly overwhelmed with what is a disorganized mess behind closed doors (or in this case, the closed lockers). Management needs to re-vamp this place or shut it down.
