In general this restaurant is well loved by the office I work for, but their delivery could use some work. Often our orders come much later than the given time, which isn't always convenient (for example, today they got the order at 10:30 for a noon delivery, and they still haven't left the restaurant as of 1:10). They're very busy, so I understand some delays, but it seems as though they could use a few more delivery people to keep them from having to hold orders...
Nice place and the food was OK but food was not hot and the service was sub par for sure. They were more focused on getting people in and out of the shop than on taking care of customers. Didn’t particularly love anything about it but the food was ok enough not to reduce it to 2 stars.
The food is amazing and fresh. It was really tasty. The customer service is horrible. Please change your staff. They were so rude and were screaming at me literally like I was a child for not knowing what to order the first time I was here and then on my second time for no reason. I don’t know if they didn’t like me or what but it’s horrible to treat your customers in such a nasty manner. The only friendly one was the Latin girl at the register. I would be fired from my...
