First time I came here, I ordered at the counter and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my food, missing most of my lunch with coworkers. The second time I came here, I ordered ahead online thinking I could pick it up when it was ready. They gave me a window of 20-40 minutes!!! And didn't tell send me a notification when it's actually done. That's crazy. My options are show up in 20 minutes and then risk waiting another 20 minutes for my food, or show up in 40 minutes and and then risk my food being cold. Between the atrocious wait times and the prices, I might as well go to a sit down restaurant.

Edit: I have contacted the third party app but it looks like you marked it as delivered because I just received the charge. Including the tip. It was still impossible to reach anyone at your location.
In Citizen Go that u need to check the entrance on 10th Ave., going up to second floor.The burger here is as good as usual, although still not perfect as what I had years ago in LA.Make sure u got the OG Umami burger and the plain fries will be great enough with truffle ketchup.
