Very intimate and genuine vibes for a date night with your lover or loved one. Michele(sp) and Salvatore go over and beyond to not only make you feel like family but to ensure you leave full and happy! You simply MUST try their lobster fra diavolo. It’s absolute perfection and their seafood is served 100% fresh EVERY TIME! They have an all night happy hour menu for $10 and dinner specials as well! Tell them Ally sent you!

Sal was the best. Amazing food and an iconic place where The Irishman was filmed. Also let Sal know that he has great hair. Awesome service!

Not the original location where the famous gangster rub-out took place, but not far. It's a smallish restaurant, with a wide variety of excellent seafood, and a great staff. I had a reservation for 5 and 11 of us showed up. They didn't care at all. The baked clams were delicious (but served super-hot --in temperature not spice-- so be careful picking them up). The octopus, one large tentacle, was perfectly cooked and rare to find. It is on the expensive side, but this is New York. Waddaya expect?

Food is good, service is okay but they still force a 20% tip on your bill. We were a table of two and they still charged a MANDATORY 20% not coming back

A staple in Little Italy for a reason! Not only are the baked clams and Linguine Vongole the best in the city, but every entree and app are fantastic! Can't wait to go back!

Umbertos has moved a time or two but still delivers on all your favorites. The Lobster Fra Diavlo is to die for! Reasonable pricing, too. Go see Sal. He'll take care of you!! - Old School Jimmy

1st time back in a very long time. My wife and I had Memorial day dinner. A wonderful experience with great service, despite short staffed. Dinner from our appetizers (Baked Clams, Shrimp cocktail, mussels and bruschetta) to our main course were exceptional. A large varied menu for all . We will be certainly be back and bringing the family.

Food is so so gnocchi is very oily. Appetizers are ok we had the bruschetta and the oysters. The service is poor waiter points out no refills in a way that’s weird. Doesn’t do recommendations like who doesn’t recommend. This place has a rich history but falls flat decor is horrible. Bathrooms NOT wheelchair accessible.
