We did a walk in, waited at the bar of the main restaurant and ordered a drink while waiting, then soon after they had the table ready for us, they were kind enough to give us a table in undercote, even though it was a walk-in. We ordered the chicken, steak, and the beef tartar. Everything was excellent although the menu in undercote is very limited compared to Cote. The ambience was great. The service was good. The drinks on point, I order a red wine and the rest ordered scotch.
Easily got in on Sat evening around 6:30! Nice atmosphere here but the music can get a bit too loud which takes away the loungy cozy vibe. The cocktail recommendations were great. If you like spicy - try Short Walk. If you like a bit floral and balance drink - try Illusions.
