The food was fine. Not great but fine. We went with a group and we got chicken fingers and fries, hamburger and fries and bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich the food was undercooked or tasted weird and the service took a while to come! However the atmosphere was lovely we sat in a booth and the restaurant was not very crowded. The music wasn’t too loud, but it was loud enough so you could still hear it and talk over it and it was very pleasant and clean.

Great place but was closed Christmas Day. That was a disappointment so we ended going to famous Rays Pizza one block away and that was open till midnight and we got there at 7pm. Would have loved to go, cause my cousin came from overseas.

Food - hard fries, not cooked and no flavor pasta, marina sauce tasted as if it came out of a can, veg pizza ok and cheese pizza could have been better. Both sodas were flat. Service- went for lunch service on Monday, seems like two people were working the all the tables and the bar. Told us there was a 15 min wait, took longer, took 10-15 min to get the server to come take our order, another 15 min for the food to come, food was just tossed on the table, when asked for another plate, they just moved the sauce off one and said here you go. atmosphere, place was dark and dirty, bathroom was horrible, kids refused to enter due to smell. I took my family here that were visiting from overseas thinking UNOs has a good reputation and has good food and service. I was ashamed and embarrassed. I will not be visiting this chain again and would not recommend to others.

Honestly shocked with how bad this was. Maybe they misread my “extra cheese” as “extra salt”. Their Chicago classic, which is already supposed to come with extra cheese before I even added additional, barely had any cheese on it. The pizza tasted like what someone who had never had Chicago style pizza would make based on rough physical descriptions and a stale ingredients cabinet. Except maybe that person would still get closer to a respectable crust. All around very disappointing.

I want to share my outstanding experience at Pizzeria Uno in Clifton (Store #2704), thanks to the exceptional service provided by our server, Brandon Z. I’ve visited this location multiple times because of its convenient proximity to my home, but in the past, I’ve often dealt with subpar service—servers who were inattentive, lacked enthusiasm, and didn’t seem to care about the overall experience.
That all changed when I was served by Brandon about a month ago. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for ensuring my party was satisfied were on a level I’d expect from a high-end restaurant. He checked on us multiple times, made thoughtful suggestions, and ensured everything was flawless.
After that, I returned a couple of weeks later, only to receive the usual subpar service from another associate. But last night, I had the pleasure of being served by Brandon again, and once more, his exceptional service stood out. He asked all the right questions, engaged with my party, and made us feel completely taken care of.
Brandon is the reason I keep coming back to this location. If not for the activities and events this location offers, I wouldn’t visit as often. But now, I find myself wanting to return multiple times a month, simply because of the high-quality service Brandon provides.
Pizzeria Uno, please recognize and commend Brandon for his incredible work—he’s the gold standard of customer service and a true asset to your team. Thank you, Brandon, for making my dining experience exceptional!

Stumbled upon this place after leaving the museum of natural history for my birthday dinner. It was a group of us and I’m pretty sure only one person was working. I want to thank Jet for their attentiveness and amazing energy. The restaurant was clean and the food was great! I’d recommend to anyone who is in town :)
