I really couldn't tell you since the day I booked my reservation the resturant wasn't serving food that night. And I wasn't told when I made the reservation. And to top it off. It was my wife's birthday, so now at 5:30 we had to find another resturant with no reservations in N.Y.C. on a Friday night. Good Luck.

Cool place. Food is good as always, service is friendly but annoying kind of rushing even on a slow night . Cocktails not so good tough at least on this location, very water down. Serafina is always a good choice. Good quality.
Great place and good food. Slightly disappointed that the deserts aren't made in house so there's no guarantee that it isn't cross contamination for folks with allergies but overall 10/10 recommend. Our waitress was absolutely lovely.

This was our first time at Serafina and we were pleasantly surprised. A neighborhood gem. Food was not outstanding but very good for the price. Service was excellent. We will be back.
Server spilled a drink on us, brought 2 out of 3 wrong orders and did not exchange them, nor take anything off the bill. My friends were visiting from out of town and very uncomfortable by the experience. Will not be back.

The management did not help the understaffed situation. Two managers walking around with attitude and not welcoming when we entered. They only walked around on their cell phones not providing any assistance to one lone server.

I made a reservation for an outside seating on the patio. Once I got there the host took me straight to an indoor table. I asked him about seating outside - he didn't even bother to explain much why I couldn't seat outside. I could barely her what he was saying. Very disappointing. Food and drinks were good.

overall it was an excellent experience. the only negatives were the tiramisu was frozen which was disappointing (but the chocolate dessert was excellent) and the serving sizes were quite small for the amount we paid

Always a good time at Serifina in the Sky. Staff is pleasant, food is decent, ambiance is nice. Looking for a good date night in the heart of NYC, try here, after 7:30pm! It's beautiful.
Don't bother coming here. Servers try but have little to no experience or training. Food is very mediocre. No view. Noise from Port Authority buses is loud. Be prepared to tip 18% BECAUSE IT'S AUTOMATICALLY ADDED.
I had much higher expectations. The starter bread is not great. The wait staff don't give you enough time to enjoy your meal. If you're conversing and your fork goes down, they're ready to come pick it up (plate full of food). Waitress did a poor job or pronouncing dishes, was not tentative to our needs, and I would not go back to this location. We were visiting out of state to have a nice Italian dinner and this was not it!

Overall - my Team had a very nice time connecting at your establishment. The food, drinks and service was excellent. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. A great time had by all!

We arrived Sunday in NYC Pride weekend. The place was dead. We were told there were no cocktails available. Just beer and wine. So I'm guessing they sent the bartender home. We wanted to order the burrata for app and we were told they didn't have that. My partner ordered the salmon filet, specifically medium. It was completely raw in the middle. We asked for it to be cooked more, the manager mentioned he would bring a new one out but they just continued to heat up the original filet. Nothing was offered or comp'ed on the bill. The patio ambiance was nice but I can't see us going back.

Overall, this restaurant was really very good, and sitting outside on a beautiful evening was special... There were definitely a few service hiccups, but the manager kindly stepped in immediately to resolve them.  We ended up having a very pleasant and enjoyable, pre-theater experience.
