My wife's annual holiday party is here every year and it's fantastic. The food is amazing. Definitely try their impossible burger if you get a chance - very tasty. The service is also very good and the space is clean and well maintained. The view is also very nice.

Don't let the Charlie Palmer name fool you. This is a strange venue in a home decor showroom building with nondescript food. During the day, this place is a cafe. In the evenings, it becomes catered event space. I attended an event here. The service was good and the wait staff friendly. However, the food was mediocre at best. More atrocious was the long hair I found next to my flank steak!! The flank steak was dry and tough. The vegtables were bland and overcooked. A disappointing dining experience. The only thing the venue had going was the bank of windows in the dining room. However, we were only on the 14th floor so the view was far from spectacular.

Cutesy exclusive venue. Went there for a private dinner and literally didn't know it existed as a cafe during the day. Felt a bit too exclusive of a place, because it was so hidden away. Venue itself was beautiful. Wait staff was impeccably professional and food was delicious. The space is a bit awkward to host a dinner with a presentation, perhaps better for a party or reception. I've posted pictures of their Scottish Salmon and Beef Brisket as well as their White Chocolate Panna Cotta and salad.

The best kept secret in NYC. Hosted a party for 85 adults and 55 kids. Adult and kid menus were fantastic, to look at and eat! The atmosphere is unmatched with terrific bridge views and outdoor space. Staff is top notch and super professional.

My company hosted a client event at Upper Story and had the best experience. The staff were like a well-oiled machine. I made a comment to my boss about clearing one empty table so we could push the crowd up and fill the room better. One of the captains overheard and by the time I walked back into the room, his staff was doing exactly what I suggested. Everything was perfect. The food was incredible. We didn't have to focus on anything other than entertaining our clients. Every detail was accounted for. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the city.
