01.25.24 This is the hottest bar that I've been to this year. I haven't been uptown socially for a number of years. Coincidentally, I met someone that lived in the area. We hit a speakeasy first, then a restaurant and stopped at Uptown Bourbon for a nightcap. When I walked in, I almost lost my mind. The vibe was sooo strong in this space. The bronze tin roof, the mood lighting and the Technics turntable at the end of the bar with a collection of vintage classics swept me off my feet!!! Can this date get any better?! I was already in 7th heaven, this date could not be defeated!!! I do not remember the names of the bartenders (barhopping has that affect on me) one was a guy with short black hair and the woman had dirty blond hair below her shoulders. Both bartenders were chill and very knowledgeable. The next time that I return, I will try to hit UPTOWN first. I'm determined to vibe with the bartenders. SP

A 5-Star neighborhood bar. No stupid screens, uniforms, or gimmicks. Bartenders, drinks, and music all A+. Great place to meet locals or chat w/a date.

Very much a cool hipster haunt, love that you can pick out and cue up a vinyl from their collection, just add it to the queue pile at the edge of the bar! Certainly pricey but the drinks are very artisanal.

It's very small but, the service has greatly improved over the years. They have good drinks and the crowd is local so it's a nice place to rub elbows with your neighbors.

Fantastic bar. Made a killer Vieux Carre which is always fun to see outside of New Orleans. Great talking to Joe the bartender. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Absolutely loved our experience! Cat was ahmazing and was so friendly. Definitely a 10 outta 10 experience and will hopefully come back on our next adventure ! Joseph was absolutely great as well. If you have a chance to take a late night drink here definitely do it!

Yo this place is a freaking vibe. Super small space all locals, very friendly, little to no menu, but order what you want and the bar tender my be able to provide. Insanely friendly nice staff... Literally came back a day later and the bar tender remembered our drink order from the night before. This a sitcom in real life people

I am glad we opted to stop by this place . It's small but the ambiance is huge , and the bartenders Peter and Glen were amazing . I wish I could give this place a 5 , but there is no food as an option , and my visit had no snack boxes . Would love to come back for a visit .
