Friendly and attentive service. Good food and there was time to eat in peace.

Has breakfast here, feta cheese omelett, bacon, and home fries, everything was great and the portions were generous. Best bacon I ever had.

Best diner on the UW or UE. Food was fantastic and gluten free pancakes were available!Dietary restrictions: Many glute-free options including sandwich bread and pancakes!

Expensive for a diner but good. 20 dollars for an egg wrap.

Had a delicious pancake breakfast here! If you’re in the mood for an old school diner feel, with attentive service and endless coffee this is the spot! Also yummy mints.

Great atmosphere and service, but the food was mediocre. Got an entirely different meal from my partner and both were eh.

Too much grease and oil on the cheese topping the burger, on the cheese covering the Reuben, and in the fries. Greatly overpriced. Two attentive waiters - the only positive. Never going there again.

Utopia Diner NYC is the least satisfactory diner I've visited, with rude, impatient, and aggressive waiters, alongside high prices. It's best to avoid wasting time here unless you enjoy receiving poor service.

I hit this place whenever I am on the upper west. Solid service, can get in and out pretty quick (if its not packed on a weekend).Place has been there forever, allot of regulars and locals eat there so you know its decent.Good burgers that are fresh and cooked right (charred). Not the cheapest place but I'd rather pay up and eat a good burger.

Food and service are great. Unfortunately prices are a lot higher than what I'm used to in Brooklyn.

The service is great at this establishment but the food and coffee is so so. Ordered the huevos rancheros and barely could eat it. They put a whole can of refried beans on tostadas topped with eggs, forgot the cheese and serve with chopped lettuce and salsa. The flavor and consistency were not good. Most likely would not return based on the quality of food and being overpriced.

Utopia has been in the neighborhood for as long as I can remember. A go to diner for many and a home away from home for some in the neighborhood. The food wasn’t bad, the prices are well aligned with what you can expect from the neighborhood and the service was great. Overall it’s fair to say Utopia is worth a try if you enjoy breakfast at anytime of the day !!!

This was the worst meal at a diner I've ever had. The soup tasted old and soggy. The chicken melt again tasted very off. The pickles tasted off. The yogurt sauce for the chicken soulvaki was curdled and tasted bad. We left feeling nauseous with a 48 dollar bill for nastiness.

When I came to the dinner I had just gotten oral surgery on my gums and I needed something soft to eat. I was craving macaroni and cheese with ketchup and they had just that. The person who took my order behind the register was really nice. The macaroni and cheese was creamy, soft, and cooked just right. The cheese was sharp and soft at the same time. It was a great pick me up/comfort food and the portion size lasted me around a week. The platter shows only a side of macaroni and cheese, although it was a lot. I've only ordered the macaroni and cheese off the menu but the burgers and fries looked really good with a diet coke. There are plenty of things that I would like to try off the menu and I look forward to trying a dine in experience rather than just ordering to go. The Utopia Diner seems like a great place. Anyone would be lucky to come here and have the good ol' classic New York Diner experience.

Lovely breakfast. the staff were wonderful and we were lucky enough to get chatting to a regular who told us some great stories about the area. Would recommend!
