This place was recommended to us for our “authentic NYC bagel stop” while on our trip and it did NOT disappoint!!!!
We stopped in at 11am on a Friday and there was no line, and even a few tables open (yes, this place has tables inside for you to sit and enjoy your bagels…it’s awesome). Dude at the register was super nice, and we were kind of still deciding our order when we were next which he was super patient about.
I got the bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel (plus avocado) and my husband got the same but with vegan bacon (which he said was delicious!). We paired our sandwiches with iced lattes, which were way better than we were expecting. We snagged a comfy table and both ate our entire orders. We nearly went back for seconds to try something else on the menu! We left just before 12:30, which appeared to be when the lunch rush was coming in. The line was pretty long but moving quickly on our way out.
Really hope we can make it back here before we leave NYC! One of the best, if not the best, bagel I’ve had, and in a clean, comfortable place with great service. A gem of a bagel shop!!

The cashier was incredibly nice and patient, even suggesting ways to level up the bagel—like opting for the egg everything bagel. Price is reasonable as the bagel was very fulfilling. Days later, I still think about the Tex Mex; while the chicken griller was simply okay.

Very bad experience only because of the cashier. She was super rude, i asked her about the difference in menus (very first question i ask) and she responds rudely that she was just explaining to the other person. I didn’t end up buying because of her. Management should do something about it, in order not to lose customers.

Had 2 bagels there. Bagels themselves were great, both time had everything wholemeal. Generous portion of feelings. However, both time I didn’t like the spreads. Firstly I tried regular, I believe, and it was way too fatty as for me. Second time I had nova spread which was the most expensive ( bagel+drink 30$) and it was too salty. Service was nice and quick though.
