We had such a sweet server who gave us some espresso martinis on the house with our dessert 🧡 The food was delicious and the owner was really cool and hospitable! Shout out Massimo

Went here for lunch with family. Had a great burger. One of our guests received six tortellini for lunch and was quite hungry afterward.

Quite literally the best meal I’ve had in ages. My husband and i went for restaurant week on Monday and have not shut up about it since. I have celiac disease and the gluten free options were AMAZING. My husband loved his meatballs and lamb ragu pasta and i was obsessed with the eggplant ricotta and homemade gluten free pasta vodka! Their desserts were also delicious and service was fantastic. A must visit!!

Insanely small portions for the price if you’re getting delivery. $30 for pasta that’s the size of your fist. Phone customer service was rude

Don’t usually hang in the UES, but I was in the area after a meeting tonight and feeling a little hungry. Texted a friend, and she pointed me to Uva Next Door. When I arrived, it was buzzing—inside and out on the patio. Just the kind of vibe I love.

I went for the Restaurant Week menu and had a delicious arugula salad with goat cheese and pears, followed by a pizza topped with Vermont goat cheese, caramelized onions, fresh figs, prosciutto, and a honey chili drizzle. The service, food, and ambience were all spot-on.

Thank you, Dean and Luciano, for a wonderful evening!

Cocktail menu shined. Really great, plus the food was served so quick and was really good. Need to head next door to try Uva soon!

Penne alla Salt Mine

I ordered the penne. What I got was a culinary ambush. Imagine pasta boiled in seawater, tossed with a sauce that clearly lost a bet with a salt shaker. I took one bite and immediately needed a blood pressure check and a glass of water the size of Lake Como.

If this is authentic Italian, then I owe Olive Garden an apology.

Also, it’s really loud. BUT, they let dogs inside.

I ended up choosing Uva Next Door to host my sister's 30th birthday party. The process was very seamless working with Mia to set the menu and other details for the large group reservation. The night of we were provided with exceptional and over the top service. The food was also delicious! Would absolutely recommend Uva Next Door if you're looking for a dinner spot to celebrate with friends and family!

The Prix Fixe deal is the way to go. Pasta dish was amazing and a very good hearty portion, so was the calamari.

We had the best time last night! We were a party of six and were lucky enough to be seated outside — a rare treat for UVA Next door. We shared a bunch of apps including the calamari, burrata, and pear salad — all absolutely delicious. The shared pasta plates and pizza were on point, and we enjoyed a couple of bottles of Rosé to top it all off.

Even with a packed house, we felt like Alex was serving just us. The service was quick, the food was amazing, and Alex made the whole experience feel effortless. Huge thanks for showing us such a great time — my friends visiting from out of town were seriously impressed by how you kept everything running so smoothly!

Delicious italian food. Came here for Martini Monday's! Martini's are $4 (or $8 for doubles) with the purchase of an entree. The beet ravioli was superb. The cauliflower steak was the right amount of seasoned, served with crisped mushrooms and topped with toasted seeds. Shishito peppers and burrata salad were perfect additions to our meal in the midst of heat wave. I left feeling full but not overstuffed. My only regret: not taking a photo to share here. You'll have to try it yourself!

The garlic pesto dish I had with sausage added was absolutely delicious. The Martini Monday's special was a great added treat.
