I had a wonderful time eating outside here and eating off the bar menu. I enjoyed a chicken parm sandwich and a frozen tiramisu cocktail! The sauce and cheese made the sandwich very flavorful. The cocktail was hands down the best dessert cocktail I have ever had! This drink contained vodka and espresso and was blended with something creamy to create something with a lovely milkshake texture. They topped it off with cocoa powder. This was a great experience, and I'd love to return!

I wouldn't specifically recommend a single table, next to a parking sign on the edge of the sidewalk, but as 'any port in a storm' comes 'any table in a pandemic.' Great sidewalk service, the guys really busted hump and made sure that distance and cleanliness protocols were spot on. A cold Italian beer in a plastic cup while eating amazing pasta was a surprising, relaxing, great dining experience. Will be back next time in town, no questions.

A friend and I went to Vago last night to take out dinner. It was delightful. Weather was lovely so we had a Bellini outside while we waited for our food and chatted with a new friend. Ordered chicken cattiatori, spaghetti and meatballs and fried calamari. Got home and had a feast. Everything was perfect. Although I must admit the chicken cattiatori was my favorite. Take a break from pandemic stay at home boredom and go over to Vago, especially on a pretty day, and get some delicious Italian food.

I love this place. They have the best pappardelle. The staff is always friends and the owner always says hello to customers. They also have great wine specials and in normal times they would have good Wednesday evening entertainment.

Fantastic authentic Italian. Hands down the best service. Tony is what a real restaurant owner should be. Kind, hospitable, takes the time to check in. You can tell there is love and care going into the food and entire experience. Totally recommend!!

The menu was reasonably priced and the food was delicious. The staff all spoke Italian, which in combination with the atmosphere and live music made this feel like a little slice out of Italy. I had the Bloody Mary that was perfect ( unlimited!!) and had the polenta. We had the meatballs, homemade lasagna and pappardelle - all very delicious. The octopus appetizer - absolutely delicious! The space is a bit minimalist but that's my style, so I liked it. The music selection was extremely repetitive.

The service is 5/5. Our waiter was on top of everything and would come by often enough. For food, I would go here for the appetizers. The crab cakes were delicious. As far as the main course, I had chicken Marsala and it was too salty for me. The ravioli wasn't bad but nothing special.

The atmosphere is cozy. A nice hidden gem. Food is authentic and delicious. Tried it once, and would put it in my restaurant-go-to pocket from now on.

This little spot was more spacious than most NYC eateries and had fantastic brunch survivals and $17 mimosas/bloodies/Bellinis for 2 hours. I had the salmon Benedict and my friends had French toast and eggs Florentine with a Caesar salad. It was a nice ambiance and the server was efficient and spoke in Italian occasionally. Definitely stop in for brunch. It won't disappoint.

Pretty decent spot with good food and good service, right in Murray Hill. Definitely recommend. Long story short: me and a group of about 10 people were supposed to eat at the Flying Cock, which is literally next door, for a birthday. We were told explicitly that you could NOT book a table ahead of time, beforehand; so we showed up, asked "can we get a table in about an hour?", and were told "well, without a reservation, you'll have to wait for at least 2". Derp. Annoyed and frustrated, we left, turned to the left, and immediately saw signs for a $17 bottomless cocktail-brunch at Vago. Walked 3 feet over, went in, and were promptly seated at a large table. Once all our friends showed up, we enjoyed some decent cocktails, and even better brunch menu items (avocado Eggs Benedict, French Toast and so on). Quality was pretty good and the price was right (spent about $50 for a full brunch for two people, complete with cocktails), especially for the area. Only minor issue is that the waiters didn't have the best grip on the English language, so asking slightly complex questions about the menu or making requests ("can I swap a Bellini for a Mimosa, in the bottomless brunch?") was sometimes kinda difficult. Again, if you're in the area and nearby establishments are too thick-headed to get their act together, definitely give this place a shot.

The service is great, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. What is not to like? I had to modify my dish in certain ways and the staff were more than accommodating. This restaurant offers an experience that makes you feel like you're eating outside of Manhattan - somewhere quieter with decent prices yet good food.
