Cookies “alfajores” were dry and crumbly, and the dulce de leche was minimal. The half guava cake was old and we couldn’t have a second piece the next day because it tasted bad. Wouldn’t trust for TooGoodToGo again. Would maybe try individual serving cakes and desserts.

I WAS RAISED ON VALENCIA CAKES,THEY WERE MUCH CHEAPER BEFORE YET BETTER TASTING,MOIST,AND ACTUALLY TASTED LIKE VALENCIA CAKE,IT HAD THAT DISTINCT TASTE THAT ONLY VALENCIA HAD NOW IT DOESNT EVEN TASTE LIKE CAKE,TOO ME IT DOESNT TASTE LIKE NOTHING,,ALSO KNOW THE CAKES ARE WAY MORE EXPENSIVE BUT LESS TASTIER,RANCID,DRY AND THE BOTTOM LAYER OF THE CAKE WHICH TOO MY TASTE IS THE LAYER THAT TASTED THE SOFTEST IT NO LONGER DOES, IT CRUMBLES WHEN YOU SCLICE IT I HAVE BEEN TO A COUPLE OF VALENCIAS AND MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE SAME,WEIRD THIS TELLS ME THAT VALENCIA EITHER CHANGED THE BAKER OR ITS OMITTING PRODUCT BUT CHARGING MORE MONEY, SORRY VALENCIA BUT YOU ARE NO LONGER MY FIRST CHOICE FOR CAKES👎

I don’t recommend because is not authentic Puerto Rican cake anymore. The company was sold to Mexican a year after Covid. A 6 inch cake is $32 dollars we do not price our products that way. We Puerto Rican want people to enjoy our cake. I am sad that the owner didn’t sell the company to a Puerto Rican to keep the same taste and values. The just took the money and ran. So sad. It’s time that we spread the word and say that it’s not made Puerto Rican style cake. Valencia no more.

Service sucked. On a pinch decided to give it another try today. Purchased a 3 leches cake for a child's birthday. IT WAS SPOILED!! Don't even want my money back just will never go here again. Will also let my friends no to stay away! How old are these cakes! They changed the employees a few yrs ago and it went to hell! I've literally used to buy all my cakes for my family here the way my mom did for me. It's time has ome and gone.

Ordered a cake for delivery only for the order to be cancelled because a dasher went before the store opened. Dont take orders if you can’t fulfill them. Had a whole birthday to celebrate and the store isn’t on the same page. Terrible experience. No cake for the birthday now because the charge is held for 3 days. Thanks.

I ask for this and the whole decoration wasnt what i received i got a call day before pickup to say they didnt have it then the whole topper wasnt what i expected to recieved if it wasnt that i come here all the time i would have gave a 1 but ya gotta get it today i was disappointed yet again it wasnt what i was expecting
