We went lunch, only ordered sandwiches and salads, they are delicious. Service was excellent.

I went here to celebrate my birthday and both servers were great. I had been here once before and the food was good, but it was better this time. Would highly recommend

The food and service are excellent. Prices are reasonable given the quality and amount of food. Will not disappoint.

Amazing fish dishes. Pasta was cooked properly, but wasn't amazing. The arancini were delicious because the sauce was out of this world. Loved the olive oil cake.

Excellent food, not a ton of choices, but that's good in a way. Staff friendly, happy, helpful, yet unobtrusive most of the time. Not noisy, great to chat with fellow table mates without having to yell. Nice uncluttered decor but not too spare.

Would def return. A pleasant surprise. Great service. All the food was delicious. Pasta cooked al dente and pizza great.

We were lucky to find Vallata rather quiet on a Sunday night. After a lovely day in NY, we relaxed with exceptional service (especially our waiter, Zach). The food and wine were outstanding, and we promise to come again.

The food was mediocre, and the pasta was overcooked. You would think for a restaurant that had pasta as their primary food they would be able to keep it al dente.

Had a great evening out with friends here. The staff was engaged and present and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We all decided on the pasta & glass of wine pairing (a fantastic deal!) but added the crispy artichokes to start and then split the olive oil cake and cannoli bombolone while each also enjoying the Buona Notte "drinking dessert". Not a dud in the bunch, but the olive oil cake with the lemon curd and rosemary gelato was an absolute delight. I would definitely return here to continue trying more of the menu... or maybe just ordering the same things over and over!

We had a res booked here for dinner 4 years ago. Prior to the res, the restaurant contacted us to let us know we were double booked for an event during our res, but they could accommodate us at Craft and would make sure we were taken care of.

Craft was delicious but no one appeared to know we had been “accommodated” in any way. I wasn’t expecting a red carpet, but maybe a small glass of bubbles or something? A much more expensive dinner than Vallata later, we left and moved on.

Fast fwd to now, I still wanted to try Vallata, so we decided to try the lunchtime sandwiches. The host/server was completely apathetic (almost like they wished we weren’t there) and we weren’t clear on how to order or if we needed to seat ourselves so we asked.

There was pizza on the menu but none available. The warm plates were a nice touch and the bread was good, but the tuna sandwich ($19) was kind of odd, fishy and soggy and the Italian sandwich ($25!!) wasn’t worth the price. Normally I’d have said something but considering the reception we received when we walked in we didn’t bother trying. I was just ready to leave.

Wonderful meal from beginning to end. Our group of three loved the fig focaccia, whipped ricotta, tuna toast, ricotta cavatelli, veal ricotta meatballs and my personal favorite, the sea bream with an amazing caponata. The servers were delightfully friendly while still being efficient and giving great service.

Labor Day weekend staffing may have been the problem. Food not as good as prior visit. Rigatoni with squash and other veggies had no flavor. First course was waiting to be picked up by server for over 5 minutes, so not as hot as it should have been. Dessert cannoli bomboloni absolutely tasteless and had very little filling.
