Excellent food, not a ton of choices, but that's good in a way. Staff friendly, happy, helpful, yet unobtrusive most of the time. Not noisy, great to chat with fellow table mates without having to yell. Nice uncluttered decor but not too spare.
We were lucky to find Vallata rather quiet on a Sunday night. After a lovely day in NY, we relaxed with exceptional service (especially our waiter, Zach). The food and wine were outstanding, and we promise to come again.
Had a great evening out with friends here. The staff was engaged and present and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We all decided on the pasta & glass of wine pairing (a fantastic deal!) but added the crispy artichokes to start and then split the olive oil cake and cannoli bombolone while each also enjoying the Buona Notte "drinking dessert".
