My partner and I walked 20 minutes to get here to satisfy an ice cream craving. It was already a beautiful day as this was the day (11/14) that we got engaged in and Nikki was the cherry on top, an amazing visit to end the day. She was so kind to us and reassured us when we felt we were getting too many samples. The world needs more Nikkis!! This woman deserves a raise! Oh and the ice cream was amazing as well!!

I'm currently at this location and customer services is poor. The server reluctantly wanted to put ice cream in the cone. The server Visibly became upset when i expressed the lack of ice cream. The best van leeuwen is in the lower Eastside. This Location I will not come back. I felt uncomfortable. I only purchased the ice cream here because my son received shots and I wanted to make him happy. I'm wondering did I receive this attitude because I'm a person of color.

Chocolate brownie and honeycomb always my favorite
Used to love this place but it has really gone downhill. We visited recently and they only had one flavor of vegan ice cream. Between us and 3 scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough we had 2 total pieces of cookie dough and a single chocolate chip. An absolute ripoff and our last time with this brand.

This is ice cream is very good they also have vegan flavors as well about 6 flavors the rest are regular ice cream with a twist super good is like Ben n Jerry’s goobs of goodness the one on the lower east side is super nice and all flavors are in stock. I love the vegan cookie dough, my daughter gets the cookies n cream 😊
