Let's start with the fact that this is the most delicious ice cream I've ever eaten.We ordered vanilla with caramel inside a waffle and cookie cream with fudge on top inside a waffle, it was insanely delicious!!!!We arrived at the place when only one worker was operating it, so there was a line of people but we didn't wait more than five minutes.The place was full and there was nowhere to sit.The price for two servings of ice cream and a bottle of water reached $30, which I think is a really high price!On the other hand, I really recommend trying it at least once because the ice cream is definitely rare!

Beautiful little shop, delicious ice cream with perfect texture (honeycomb was my favorite), and really friendly staff. Jennifer and Star made our night! They were so welcoming as soon as we walked in and were happy to help us choose flavors. We tried quite a few ice cream shops on our trip to NYC, but this one stood out because of the wonderful service.

I loved the ice cream here. I got the cheesecake flavor on a waffle and it was extremely good. The sweetness was perfect and the combination of sourness, sweetness and creaminess was on point. We found this shop challenging to locate within the mall. Look for Zara and you'll find it. Delicious vegan ice cream options, so creamy without the dairy. The dark chocolate holiday cake was delicious.

Visited the Hudson Yard location. The smell drew me to this ice-cream parlor. Cute shop and the staff were helpful and so patient. The line can be long so relax and pack some patience. lol All I will say is that they make their cones fresh!!!!!! So many options including vegan. But I opted for classic flavor. I had the Big Face Coffee Affogatto. It was divine.
We got peppermint stick and strawberry cheesecake and they were 10/10! I was hesitant because it’s Vegan ice cream- but I was thoroughly impressed!

for me this is a local ice cream place in a tourists mall- the ice cream is premium and its good stuff- if you use a visa card only at this location you can get a premium cone for free but you must tell them in advance and the sign is not up anymore so most people do not know about it- there are a few seats inside the shop and mall inside the mall - I think it was the chocolate brownie flavor I had this week- no shortage of good ice cream shops in the area of chelsea - did not take a picture of my ice cream - expect to see lots of tourists inside the shop
