We went there on a Thursday later afternoon and we were a party of 4. They do have limited indoor seatings. The ice cream was super good I highly do recommend it especially the honey comb flavor!
Overpriced!
The ice cream is ok but the price for a tiny tiny portion (as seen in the photo) was $14.15(!). For a comparison, they sell a full pint (14 oz) for $11.15 (and can easily be found for about $ 8.5 in supermarkets ) - which is of course a better deal (than the baby size scoop they give. Do yourself a favor, and even if you love their ice cream don't buy it in their store.
Hefty price, but amazing ice cream!!!
Had the peanut butter ice cream. Best ice cream I have ever had. Hope I have enough time to go back!
Not a good place. Overpriced and cup sizes are too small
My milkshake had a nice flavor, but it was small for $11 and mostly milk. if they fixed the recipe and/or trained employees a little better, it would be great!
The staff was super friendly, and the ice cream was amazing! Great experience all around.
My family got single scoops and complained they were too big. Good problem to have.
Awsome ice cream! Take chocolate hoy fudge ice cream and you wont regret it :)
Disappointing experience:( I ordered the turtle sundae, but they were out of caramel and still charged me the full price. Both my husband’s and my ice creams were extremely freezer-burned, which made them unpleasant to eat. They were also out of waffle cones. We ended up paying over $20 for a small ice cream and a sundae that was just ice cream and nuts—definitely not worth the price. Go to Salt and Straw if you’re looking for ice cream on the upper west side!! So much fresher product, and friendlier staff members !!

Probably one of the worst, least satisfying milkshakes I've ever had. Either they put way too much milk or skimp on the ice cream but it was way too thin and not creamy at all just straight liquid. For $12 it was very disappointing.
They have good, unique flavors here but I'd say Haagen Daaz has way better shakes which is usually how I like my ice cream.
My Favorite Ice Cream Spot.
Open late, perfect for late-night cravings.
The flavors are great, and the whipped cream is next level. I always miss out on the hot fudge (after 9:30) it would be amazing if they had it all the time but anyway Highly recommend!
So good!! Best ice cream ever🥰🎉
The ice cream was amazing with many toppings to pair the flavours with and the staff were very nice.
Overall, very tasty ice cream. However, the prices are really outrageous and there are no awards anywhere (they already know why). We paid $30 for 3 (quite large) scoops of freshly baked waffles!!!
