The ice cream in this Van Leeuwen location was good. However, the waffle cone was not good. It’s too soggy and tasteless. The pricing was not very clear. I don’t mind paying extra for the waffle cone if it tastes good.

We are so completely obsessed with VanLeeuwen. I think we have now been to every location. One of the best vegan ice creams around. So great to have real vegan toppings like hot fudge and whipped cream.The vegan Peanut Butter Brownie Honeycomb (there is no honey in it) is hands down one of the best things I've ever eaten.Music playing and 2 small tables.Open til midnight.
We walked by and I decided to treat my kid for a long day. It was great. The price was high but the scoops were huge! The waffle was yummy. The strawberry didn't taste all sweet which made me feel great. The earl grey was also very nicely done. The downside was that there was no restroom visible at sight. The staff was very nice and helpful. The shop was bright and cheerful. I love a good ice cream in the winter, too ;)Parking: It's Manhattan. I advise taking public transportation, bikes, cabs, or walksKid-friendliness: My kid loved ice cream. I think they would eat any flavor

He had a delicious ice cream that was mildly flavored and then those Italian preserved cherries were on top. They allowed us to do a special custom order rather than do the set Sundae that was advertised. So that was really nice of them. Place was empty on a winter afternoon so it was nice and quiet. I definitely would like to go back again and try other flavors.

Tasty ice cream! The place is lovely, but small - you may not find seating. I loved the vegan options and the dark chocolate fudge brownie was incredible. The non-vegan mint chip was also excellent.

Very friendly staff. Open later than I expected. The staff talked me through my options. Sad the peppermint stick wasn't in stock but I got a brownie pint. Had it at home with three to-go contest. $10.90 for all of it. Love this place.
