One of the best cheap eats left in New York! Fantastic dumplings for a great price. Shout out to the sandwiches too, the duck one is incredible. Great for dine in or takeout!

Cute small spot. I had pork and chive dumpling and pork buns. My girl had chicken and basil. The dumplings themselves were not bad at all. Nothing amazing but also not bad. The pork bun however was not good. I ate two to give a good shot but there is a weird flavor to them as in not enough flavor. I really love the chili oil and Thai tea. Also very nice workers.

Absurdly slow service for a small takeout order. Waiting 40 min for 2 orders of basic dumplings is long enough to go to the store and get ingredients to make them from scratch myself.

Kinda disappointed about the dumpling — skin too thick
But the other foods are fine

This little shop was recommended by Kathleen Narducci, an actress appearing in the MGM+ series, “Godfather of Harlem”. She’s great. I ordered the spinach and mushroom wontons just like Kathleen did (steamed) with spicy sauce on the side… to go. Beautiful day so, I found my spot on “Love, Love, Love” and enjoyed my hot bites with every “Lucy” that walked by. Delicious. Redux? Happy “Groundhog’s Day!”

Not as good as the original location, more oily, filling seasoning not as good.

I had a craving for some soup after a long day. I was walking and looking on my phone and found this place. Little hole in the wall. The soup was good but the place needed a little attention in terms of cleanliness. The girl at the counter although smiling asked if I had no idea how to work a tablet - didn’t realize there was a tablet for me to order from. Service might be improved with an AI monitor instead of live person…

I was looking for a light holdover meal after a long hike through Manhattan. I've had Vanessa's dumplings before, but my visit to this location was the best I've had. I had boiled and fried dumplings in-house, then took some buns and more dumplings home for dinner.

BIG UPS TO SHAKIA for looking out for my best interests. She was patient and had a warm, welcoming personality accompanied by a friendly smile. She seemed to be everywhere at once. Meal prep, register, clean-up... She deserves a raise!

Enjoy some fine dumplings while you wait for the tasty soup to cool. Also it's great that they sell bags of frozen dumplings to take home and prepare for snacks. 👍🏻

I thought about giving it 3 stars, but they gave me everything on disposable plates to eat at the place.
In general, the taste, service and price-for-supply ratio is mediocre.

Absolutely delicious dumplings. Great variety. Excellent prices. (They even have frozen dumplings to take home and cook.) Super casual- a few shared tables and people rotate through quickly.
