The coffee shop is between 8th and 9th Avenues on West 44th Street, not far from the InterContinental Hotel. I had their brewed coffee ($4.50 for a medium size) which was good. Their banana walnut bread ($5.50) had no recognizable banana flavor.
Saw this spot in the background of a reality TV show. Figured I would look it up for my next trip into the city. Staff was friendly food was great and my latte was exactly what I wanted to start off my day.
Vanilla Gorilla on 44th Avenue is a true gem! The breakfast was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The customer service was top-notch; everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, making it a great spot to start your day or relax with friends.
