The shop is fabulous, like walking into Wonka’s factory the river of chocolate pours from the walls. The server, Ana, was very friendly and welcoming.

Parking: The parking garage was huge, despite the shops being packed the garage had plenty of parking and Rick, the valet was very friendly, it was so nice to not have to worry about where to put the car and to have validated parking.

As soon as you step into Venchi the warm welcoming atmosphere can be felt! From the great and attentive attention you receive from all the employees and servers, some of them like Douglas who I had the pleasure of meeting. He made sure I found everything I needed from new flavors of chocolate to gelato which I had never tried before. I hope you can all stop by if you find yourself near cause you won’t regret it!

I had a fantastic experience at this ice cream shop, and a big part of that was due to my server, Douglas. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. He also gave great recommendations for flavors and made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. It's clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about making customers feel welcome. Highly recommend visiting if you get the chance to be served by Douglas!
