I never been here before neither am I a real fan of gelato expect for yesterday escape, to a valley of fruity meet citrus meet passion for passion fruit and mango, with a zest of lemon lingering to cleanse a prior dinner palette ! Oh weee… I think of this one scoop finished with a perfect chocolate star ⭐️ on top of this mountain of zesty joy! Whatever magic flavors you swirled please don’t ever discontinue it ! This bought memories with each scoop! Forever a fan of the passion fruit mango!! Bellissimo! May I have another, we can’t forget the others flavor to choose for nor the beautiful treats that bring joy, the decor and the beautiful seating area with the tall glass windows to people watch and allow how they are summoned by the beautiful display you cone up! Well done on the entrance and the ongoing cleanliness! Will always remember the delightful experience!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Venchi. My friend ordered vanilla ice cream and it was cross-contaminated with nuts, which is a serious concern for anyone with allergies. On top of that, the staff gave us a nasty look when we mentioned it. To make matters worse, you really need to double-check your receipt — we noticed overcharges that should never have happened. The ice cream itself may be delicious, but the service does not match. The scoops and serving tools looked filthy, which made the whole experience feel unhygienic and unprofessional.
