Noodles are made right infront of you while you wait for your meal. Food was amazingly flavorful and was good to the last bite. There is only counterseating, so seats can fill up quickly.

Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was efficient and quick, they had lots of patrons but they had the process down to a science and kept things moving. The location was fun and felt hip. They have a maybe ten counter seats they could use some more table seating as they have plenty of business but there are a few general shared table seats near by and also more table seating away from the stores area throughout the market. I would say that it is a little pricey as we bought two bowls and two drinks and spent about $43 but honestly given the cost of everything now a days they are about par for the course. While eating it was tasty enough that the price didn't diminish the meal. This is definitely a spot worth visiting.

La Mei Taiwanese beef noodle soup not spicy was good and very tasty. The meat was very tender and the broth was delicious. On the other hand the noodles are too thick and heavy. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Great atmosphere

Concept and branding were on point. The food presentation was impressive, and the menu had a lot of great options. I tried the Taiwan beef noodle soup and the flavors were solid—the beef was cooked perfectly, the broth was on point, and the handmade noodles were fresh (a bit tough on the chopsticks, but still enjoyable).
I also ordered the chicken wings as an appetizer. Everything would have been perfect, but the wings just didn’t hit the mark—not really worth the calories. I’d recommend skipping them.
Overall, aside from that, everything was delicious.

These hand-pull noodles are soooo delicious! Of all the tasty food options at Chelsea Market this is one that is definitely worth hitting up. Loved their Spicy Vegan Noodles with Mock “Duck”

This was one of the longest lines I've ever experienced for lunch, we took turns running and taking care of other things, and our friends ate elsewhere long before we got to the front of the line, and was it worth it? Absolutely! I will dream about these noodles until the next time I can get out to Chelsea Market! Fantastic!

Too heavily flavoured. Noodles are also too starchy. I would recommend going to xi an impression instead

I’ve been coming here for years and the quality has never dipped. It’s consistently so flavorful and satisfying. Truly one of my comfort food spots in the city — always hits exactly how I need it to.
Unbelievable flavor and texture.

Whent on a short food crawl here and I couldnt resist the smells at this place. We ordered the Cumin Lamb Noodles and the fried and glazed Eggplant (cant recall the exact name).
The noodles very enjoyable but a tad more spicy than I expected; sauce is well balanced and the noodles were very soft yet bouncy. I enjoyed the food but I wished they had tossed the noodles and the sauce before serving. I frankly did not enjoy the eggplant; which was a shame cause it was fried perfectly but the sauce was too sweet for my liking.
Place is a no nonsense place to get a bite so dont expect too much in the way of service or experience.

Amazing lamb noodles the best I’ve ever had. Especially glad that the meat is NOT halal.
