The food was very good, so was the cocktails. And the service. One thing, there was a mistake in my order. I asked the waiter(bartender) if he ordered what I requested. He said I didn't say it. I did. I knew exactly what I wanted to. We went back and forth with it a bit.. I mean, why argue and insisting like that? just say you might misheard.. (like he actually did). Felt not at ease after that. Though he fixed it fast and then I got service from different bartender (lovely girl). So I still give it 5 stars

I love this place, we went most nights for a week to happy hour. Really good margeritas, and frozen margeritas. Food was delicious. Staff just great! They also made a fuss of me on my birthday. Highly recommend!

Place has so much potential but food is mediocre for Mexican. Especially the happy hour. Drinks are ok nothing special. Bartenders aren’t the friendliest. The aesthetics of the place are beautiful but the food,drinks and service should match how beautiful the place is.

I had a terrible experience at this bar on Sunday, November 9th around 9:23 PM. I came with my friend to have a drink, and the bartender — a Latino man wearing a bandana, his name is Diego R (The manager gave me the name) was extremely rude from the start. He avoided eye contact, and gave us very poor service, even though the place was nearly empty.
Later, he asked for my card to open a tab. I handed it to him politely, but when another unrelated group arrived, he placed their entire bill on my card. When I pointed it out, he yelled at me in front of everyone, saying it was “my problem” and that I should ask them to pay me back through Zelle.
I was shaking and asked to speak with the manager. He then threw the receipts at me and said, “Let’s see how I charge you separately now,” with a terrible attitude. I was so nervous that I didn’t even notice he had added a 20% tip to the bill — after shouting at me.
When I confronted the manager, she removed the charge but did not apologize, nor did he.
This was an absolutely unacceptable and humiliating experience. No customer should ever be treated that way. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the bartender’s behavior.

Stopped by for a drink as I had been wanting to check it out. Was towards the ending of brunch. Very loud and def a real party brunch vibe. Really nice interior and good selection of tequilas. Drinks were great but id prob skip brunch as it just seems like alot going on but if party brunch is your thing then this is the spot. Id come for drinks again at the bar for sure any other time.

One of my favorite date spots in the city, prices have risen of course, post pandemic but the “chicken burrito” is my calling back lol, the sweet plantain and the rice and beans compliment the cheese and gaucamole inside, the margaritas they limit to the rooftop now, so it’s recommended to go later in the day to enjoy them. The inside looks very nice and festive, drinks are tasty and pretty…great to bring a group of 4 or your other half :)

The place is beautiful and the ambiance is great. The service was lacking. We had to ask for menus. We felt rushed to order the food when we were enjoying the appetizers. We ordered the $150 margarita tower and we had to return it because it tasted like lemonade. The portions of the food is no bueno. You're basically paying for appetizers. Honestly I would return to sit at the bar.
Vida Verde never disappoints!!! The cocktails are amazing. The mocktails help me live la vida loca without the handcuffs at the end of the night. Food. Food is top notch. The service is amazing! Luke was our server and he elevated our experience with his his charm and attentiveness. The ambiance is very Instagrammable. Love VV. We will be back soon!!!
