Was there on a rainy evening for happy hour and it was quiet. Beautiful room with a presumably great view of one world trade and the Hive in clear weather. Hapoy hour drink prices were fair and eye staff is courteous.

Great stay at Club Quarters World Trade Center. BEAUTIFUL VIEW and wonderful service. Very clean and comfortable. Beds very nice and pillows too. Not one thing about this stay was negative. Loved our experience ❤️
The hotel and staff are lovely . The rooms are very nice and the views are magnificent . I have always had a great excuse experience here and would recommend it for romantic getaways business trips etc . However this time I paid for early check in at 1:00 and didn’t get into my room until after 5:00. I really hope that the hotel can do something to accommodate this as it was a major inconvenience . Other than that this place is amazing and every other time I’ve stayed here it has been a 10 out of 10!
Menu alcool Happy hour.
Sangria fruitée et désaltérante.
Espresso Martini très bon :)
La vue INCROYABLE. Ça vaux le détour!

great place, great service yet where have any of y’all had a charcuterie board with tortilla chips? I consider this place to be a total waste of space. Amazing place yet food quality is low.

Top view of ground zero.
We visited the bar 20 minutes before closing time for a drink.
We stayed at the hotel.
There was no longer a possibility for cocktails because they were closing. (Ladies on the corner who arrived just before us did get a cocktail.)
When ordering a pinot gris, it was no longer available (or did they not want to open a bottle?)
When we showed the cards for free consumption because our rooms were not available upon arrival, they were just like dirt from the street.
Other customers could still order after closing.
For the rest a top hotel.

The views, in my opinion, are the best in the area.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were overall helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. This is a great location, near most important subway lines to be able to get around Manhattan. We felt very welcome and will be returning.
The staff is rude and disrespectful, staff and in a bad mood. Staff needs an attitude adjustment. You can’t bring outside food they said . what kind of crap is this just for that I did not buy 1 drink !
The hotel was a great experience. The views were amazing and the staff was very accommodating. The front desk clerk Spencer was a pleasure to work with. My only issue was the parking the one that gives the hotel discount refused to have us stay overnight. Supposedly he does that to everyone so I advise to book in advance so he can’t turn you away. Other than paying over $70 for parking we had a great time.
Hotel was ok, no food. Parking was a disaster. No directions for parking available. Had to pay over$100 a night to park. Rooms are very, very small. Bathroom also small. Bed very comfortable. Attached restaurant is Morton's. Nice food, very pricey.
This was great little boutique hotel. The highlight was a 20th floor deck with fabulous views and a bar on the same floor with deck seating and excellent service. The twin beds gave me pause when I booked with a friend, but they were very comfortable. The room had a micro wave and a fridge and a very good shower. The room is small so not great for a long stay, but perfect for a few days.
