Short: I just can't support nor recommend a place whose organizational culture is to treat customers poorly.Long: Horrible customer service from the staff.I have been going regularly starting two weeks ago to buy the same drink I first tasted in Washington DC, and although this place has the watered-down version with barely any flavor I purchased it just because of the convenient location. The drink is $9.20 no problem. Usually when I go it's empty but yesterday it was crowded so while waiting on the line I started reading the flyers on the wall. One of them mentioned points. So when it was my turn I informed her I just learned about the points and asked why her why she didn't mention the points to me. Her reply was that now that I mentioned the points she will give me a points card. Then I asked the logical follow-up question: what about stamps for the other four drinks? She replied next time. I said are you serious? You know I bought the drinks why aren't you giving me the points? It's you that never mentioned the points to me. She ignored me and went off to make the drink. I was on my way back home again this afternoon, and I thought to myself maybe I overreacted. So I went back in because it was empty. She asked me if I wanted the usual. I replied only if you give me the stamps for the drinks I bought. She said no and started talking another language with the male staff they were both nodding their heads no and said that it's their policy not to tell customers about the points and they only give the card if they are asked for it, and that they're boss would not like it if she stamped my card for the drinks I bought. I took the card out of my pocket and tore it up. I replied I'm not asking for anything free. Never going back there. I just can't support nor recommend a place whose organizational culture is to treat customers poorly.

The boba isn't that great here but a good stop to reconnect with a friend if in need of a meeting spot. A customer can taste the poor quality of the powder they use on the taro boba tea. I had a brown tea and it was weak and watered down. It was very bland and didn't really taste that different from like regular boba milk tea.It was a definitely a miss for me and my friend

Cool down with a fun refreshing drink. Or if you're feeling hungry, come get some savory snacks like the popcorn chicken, takoyaki, or cheese hotdog. While there is limited seating, especially depending on the time of day (high school nearby), stop by and treat yourself. Conveniently located near the 1 train station and M23 bus stop.

This shop is amazing! They make the best fried chicken in New York! The place was beautiful and clean. It was very organized and easy to read the menu. There is also some seating for guest. The customer service is top tier. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Vivi Bubble Tea!

This place is a joke!! As much as I really enjoy their bubble tea, I’ve literally stood there waiting 30 minutes to receive my drink! I don’t understand why there’s only ONE employee working there having to make 15 different things at a time, slowing down the entire line, not to mention the new customers that were coming inside. Either hire more employees or give those people a raise!! How do you expect them to fulfill orders this way?!This place also sells food, not sure who eats chicken at 11am but apparently many do - nobody was making drinks because we had to wait for the employee to come back from the kitchen in the back. FIT is five minutes away and I was late for class because they struggled to prepare a drink that takes 3 minutes to make. Really disappointed.
I have had many Blue Galaxies from this chain restaurant, but the best one is from this location. Service was quick and easy. I only wish this place had more seats.
