The only reason I’m giving this a one-star review and not zero is because there is no zero option. I like to give everything a fair shot at least once, but today was just disappointing.
First off, they only offer one size — large. Okay, whatever, I was thirsty. It cost $7, which would’ve been fine if I actually got a decent drink. Instead, about 50% of it was just chunks of hard fruit. Now, I’m big on texture, so that completely threw me off. It wasn’t just chunky — it tasted borderline expired. I had to open the lid just to try and get to the juice, but by then, it was mostly ice.
Just overall not worth it.

Horrible boba , tasted like plain milk with tapioca. Never get this . 41 dollars down the drain, way over priced and horrible taste. I am giving this 5 stars so everyone can see this .DONT GET THIS .OVERPRICED .HORRIBLE TASTE!

I walked in not sure what to get but some locals helped me pick & im so grateful they did! I got the strawberry float & passion fruit tea. Both drinks were SOOOO GOOD! Super sweet without being over sugary. My strawberry float had a cool foam on top that was so light and sweet. Literally can’t wait to go back and try all the different flavors. Ty Vivi!!☺️

Small place with good bubble tea. They come in many options, from traditional ones to new creations and they taste good. If as me you are a boba fan, you should try it.

Good drinks with lots of different choices. This tea shop has been in Chinatown for many years. Especially appreciate how they offer snacks along with drinks. Their popcorn chicken is not to be missed.
I recently visited Vivi Bubble Tea, and I was blown away by the selection and quality! The variety of flavors is impressive, and I loved the custom options for sweetness and ice levels. The boba was perfectly chewy, and my favorite was the matcha milk tea—it was rich and creamy. The staff were friendly and quick, making the experience even better. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for hanging out or studying. I can’t wait to go again!

I like to try new things especially for flavor and taste. Tried the KL Jelly tea and added boba for an extra buck. What an utterly delicious concoction of fruity flavor! Highly recommended!
