Do not eat here if you care about sanitation!! I watched the ladies up front take orders, make orders, touch their face/hair/clothes, and even wash dishes without changing their gloves or washing their hand even once!!I also found a hair in my bubble tea while I was drinking it (since the tea is sealed in house, I know it was know my hair!)I repeat, if you care about eating at a clean place, DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!
Drink is good. Not a good price, but flavor is always good. Usually the staff is cold but this time I had a girl who smiled and was simple. That is nice enough, and felt like a better experience. Ambiance is okay, a little too small to stay and chill. I love the Taiwanese sausages and the lychee tea with chia seeds. Lunch special weekdays before 3, and student discount can not be applied together. 4/5

Their teas are so good and tasty…they treat people nice…I always suggest no sugar in my teas as the tapiocas are sweet…love them so much!!
I stoppede in on christmas day around 130 there were 3 other customers present i ordered a bento box with pork and garlic popped chicken found the food extremely greasy i might come back to try the bubble tea cause its in the neighborhood.but like one yelper said don't buy the food.My stomach felt really queasy after eating.its very clean,four tables,took about 20 mins to get my order,there is no bathroom however there is Wifi.Cashiers not very friendly more interested in their phones.Im disappointed,wanted it to be a new eating spot

DoorDashed here!! The Vivi bubble tea comes WITH bubbles. It says black/green in the description but there's no selector. In the comments, you can put what tea you want there. Kinda confusing. The boba and flavors were on point. I'm not a huge fan of "real" milk due to lactose, so I passed on the other fancy manhattan bubble teas. Also got the popcorn chicken with basil which was DELICIOUS. Overall 5/5

The milk tea is very fresh. I ordered sugar-free milk tea if I want to know the quality of the tea. The salted crispy chicken is delicious and the takoyaki is also good. Overall it is good.
