OMG so crazy finding this hidden coffee shop that has five star ratings down in a subway station under construction. The coffee was out of this world !! Called starry orange dream sickle it was topped with some orange peel powder and lava sea salt!! The barista was amazing too!!

Caution: the stone/marble tray that the drinks are served on is scalding hot! My partner and I almost burned our hands. When I expressed our concern to the barista, she was nonchalant and not apologetic. She proceeded to serve our next drink on an equally hot tray to my partner. We’re assuming they just came out of the dishwasher? We were never offered an explanation or a simple apology.

With that said, we loved the coffee and tea that we ordered. I just wish that the barista would take a safety concern seriously.

This coffee shop is amazing, definitely not one to be missed. You enter the building at 110 Williams Street and then turn right immediately and go through the doors and down the stairs. They serve high quality coffee drinks, many of them deconstructed which is so unique. Their prices are reasonable too (cheaper than Starbucks). We tried the tonic espresso with orange peel. If you have the drink there you get to experience the whole coffee turned science experiment in action. This is such a cool place, don't miss it when you are in NYC.

What a journey into the Voyager Espresso coffee shop! This place is in a bizarre location but at the same time makes so much sense.

All I can say is, my coffee was a 10/10. I don’t normally drink coffees with syrup (you’ll see from other reviews I’m just a flat white oat milk kinda gal) but I tried a coffee which had a smoked vanilla and orange syrup in it, and it was brilliant! The coffee had a strip of powder on the top which was a little salty, so really helped to balance the sweetness from the syrup.

The service was great, with staff helping with recommendation and advising on how best to drink the coffee. Highly recommend. It is a small space but we managed to sit whilst sipping on our coffees.

One of my favorite spots! The café is located on the lower level of 110 William St — you need to enter the building and follow the signs down the stairs. It feels hidden from tourists, with just a few tables, but the presentation is beautiful and the coffee is excellent (they offer a great selection of beans!). They always serve sparkling water with your coffee, and the toasts are delicious — especially the whole grain bread, which I really appreciate as someone who pays attention to what I eat. The staff is kind, the vibe is friendly, and there’s even a chess board!

Tucked down under the 110 building. The latte was beautifully made and the avocado egg toast was delicious.

Do yourself a favor and find this place. You go through the doors of the office building, then you make a right and go through another set of doors, then you go down the stairs, through another set of doors and hang a left down the alleyway, across from the (surprise!) subway entrance, that's pretty much unmarked.

The coffee is made with pure love and dedication to the process. I had a cappuccino, my partner had a pour over. Both were served with refreshing sparkling water. We shared an avocado toast. First, the prices were amazing, second, the portion was great, and third, the coffee was totally out of this world.

This is the kind of place that regulars come to and talk about the coffee making process and spend a while chatting about life, the universe, and everything. The people that work here are obviously passionate, and so are the customers.

This places is a gem, I'm so glad we trekked down to find it.

Lovely, family-run coffee shop! A real hidden gem as it is on the way out of the Subway.

As an espresso-only drinker, I have nothing to say about the quality of their espresso other than DELICIOUS! Speaking with Angery, I also found out they roast their beans, and the passion and hard work definitely reflect in the final quality of their product. The coffee was not burned or too acidic and was served with a small glass of sparkling water.

Top notch, well done!

What can I say to capture the experience. I opted to venture underground to find Voyager Espresso, and the experience reaffirmed my coffee values.

The shop is small, very cozy and peaceful. The staff were very inviting, thanking me for choosing Voyager in recognition of the many choices one has in the city.

If you read my reviews, you know I am a creature of habit. Cappuccino “a bit dry” with a preference for an Almond Croissant. However, this morning I also opted for an Americano.

Voyagers presentation matched any of the top tier espresso shops Ive experienced around this world. Classic with a touch of art I so appreciate. The cappuccino was indeed dry, bold, and flavor forward.

As for the Americano, this is how it is done. Any Starbucks fans out there take note and learn.

If you are in Manhattan, south of SoHo, I urge you to take the steps down to the underground and experience what coffee culture has to offer. Thank you Voyager Espresso for reminding me where the benchmark is set. Enjoy!

Best coffee in the area by a mile. The owners are super friendly and passionate about their craft of coffee and hospitality. And the avocado toast is on another level.
