The Hatch Chile Chocolate Chip cookies are absolutely the perfect combination of sweet on the front end and subtle heat on the back end of a flavorful, addictively crispy cookie. Last night, I discovered that our grocery store had 9 boxes of this seasonal offering tucked in a corner of the cookie aisle. I bought all 9 remaining containers! That's how good they are!

Just picked up your Hatch Chili Chocolate Chip cookies at my local Brookshire's in Athens. Overcame my knee-jerk "that sounds weird" and SO GLAD I DID. Crunchy, buttery, small and spicy. Now...to put them away before I eat them ALL.
