Shocking service. The male member staff was so rude. My first stop in New York to get a coffee and a bite and he absolutely destroyed the vision of this great city. He did apologise, a little too late.

Its a cute spot. My wife and I got a stomach virus from this spot. The waffle is mid and the drip coffee was the cherry on top to a pretty sloppy sundae. This place ruined waffles for me.

Unfortunately, my experience at this waffle place wasn’t as expected. The dough wasn’t fresh, and the texture didn’t quite match what I’m used to. Hopefully, they can work on improving the quality next time.

I came here with my mom to eat, we really loved it!!! The girl who served us spoke Spanish and was able to help us order the food correctly and recommended the best things on the menu: 10/10 for the food and 10/10 for the service!! We will definitely return and 100% recommended

I love the wafels here but I arrived at this location a few minutes before closing and the man working the stand tried to say they were closed and could not give us a waffle / refused to make one, even though the time was clearly not 10pm. It was a short man working there around 9:55pm on Saturday February 8th 2025 at the 35th and Bway location. Walked all the way over there in the snow. Can’t stand lazy people
