First time trying this place and it was pretty good. Waffles were decent, I got a Belgium hot chocolate so that was yummy. I will probably come back.

Perfect snack for any time, especially when walking around in the freezing cold darkness while it’s snowing, like we psychos did. We ordered:
~ churro - the best one. Smeared with dulce de leche and then covered in cinnamon sugar. Tastes infinitely better than it looks.
~ WMD - has strawberries and bananas. The healthiest one for those of you who like to lie to yourselves.
~ de Bom - vanilla ice cream with chocolate fudge. The most boring of all these awesome desserts is still really good.
Do yourself a favor and buy one. Of each. Yolo.

The mexican ladys were super rude specially the old one making the waffles. She gave me a waffle that was splitted and uncooked. I asked for a new one and she gave me one that was uncocked and had a hair in it. She told me I should have eaten the first one. She was super rude, disgusting. People like that should never work in customer facing jobs. What an awful experience.

O ask one of the workers for assistant he looks at me keep doing what he doing with no answer.. so I said so you take my money and now you don't hear me ..im disgusted with his customer service at this point I ask for my money back .

The most delicious taste that can exist on a cold, hungry day after visiting the Empire State Building is satisfying. It's gratifying to eat something on that beautiful little street that becomes magical... a waffle with bacon and maple syrup is what you need... very friendly employees and efficient service

Came here today for brunch, ordered WMD, salmon club sandwich, avocado sandwich, Belgian breakfast for 4 of us. WMD was difficult to eat, had to make a mess to finish, salmon club was dry, no egg, Belgian breakfast had one small waffle, we requested scrambled eggs with cheese but what came was a round plain omelette. Overall $25 per head was not worth it

S'mores wafel it's de licious. de ordering is good. de pick up is better.(it's on their sign) Plus you get to eat outside in Times Sq. ;) Love they toast the marshmellows with a torch, just like campfire s'mores. Over 10 minutes on 1 wafel, when you are the only customer was unexpected. Busy filling cups and prepping chocolate milk b4 starting our wafel :(
