Food is great but the service at this place drove me away. There's only one self-service station for orders and the guy at the counter refused to take out order while someone struggled with self-service and made us wait. Also, there's no trash can, no idea why.

Vegan, which means they don’t use real butter, and they spin it as a good thing but their waffles are clearly sub par compared to the real Bruxelles deal as a result.They also make them ahead of time and just reheat on demand (I had a plain sugar one to try).The one I got on a weekday morning around 10am had a slightly weird “off” smell due to the non dairy fats used (no idea which they are)
