Yesterday, 12/17, at around 4:40, we placed an order for 4 waffles in one order. 1 waffle was coming out at a time and we warned that it was because there was only one machine, so far everything was fine for us, but we were super disappointed when they placed an order from a woman who wanted at all costs to have her order passed in front of us, being that she had placed the order after us. We went to complain and the attendant was extremely rude to us, explaining again that there was only 1 machine, however we had received the 3 waffles and the last one was missing, when he decided to place the woman's order which had been planned later. The waffle is delicious, but the service was very disappointing and for that reason we do not recommend it.

Omg!!!! Literally wish we had one in Virginia! I had the fresh fruit berries and Nutella drizzle waffle. the fruit was so fresh and juicy. Waffle was the perfect blend of a crispy croissant and waffle. flaky yet ki da thick. Service was quick and I appreciates the mini atmosphere. Please try it if you love bakery desserts and freshness
