Waiter had an appalling attitude, rude throughout, there was a piece of chicken bone in my meal. Food was poor to say the least.
I made a reservation for 13 people and although we weren't able to sit upstairs where all of the floral decor was, we still had a great time with outstanding service from our waiter, Manny. He was really nice and patient with our large party. He recommended some menu items and they were delicious. I'd recommend this place for the ramen, the chicken bao buns and the salmon with noodles. Overall great experience.
Since I am from eastern Europe I may say that service in America is not good at all. But in this place it's upper than average. It still has nothing to do with japanese cuisine and service (I lived there 3 years). Ramen even not close to japanese Ramen flavor, carry isn't like there. Although food is good and tasty. Staff is kind. Place is good. Prices are affordable.
Chicken Gyozas and the steak noodles was incredible!
We had a fun and flavorful meal at Wagamama! Tried a variety of dishes — some hits, some misses. The pad Thai was okay, but definitely not like the one you’d get in Thailand — milder and less bold in flavor. The duck ramen, on the other hand, was rich, a bit fatty in the best way, and absolutely satisfying.
The chicken salad was light and fresh, a good balance to the heartier dishes. Their famous bang bang cauliflower came with high expectations, but it was just okay — crispy but the sauce didn’t quite wow us.
We also had two bao buns: one vegetarian and one with chicken. Both were great — soft, fluffy buns with flavorful fillings. The chicken one especially stood out, with tender meat and a nice crunchy contrast.
Fresh-pressed juices were a highlight — especially the positive one, super refreshing and energizing. And the teas! One with lemongrass, the other with mint — both fragrant and calming.
A nice spot for a casual meal with a twist, especially if you’re in the mood for variety and fresh drinks.
Food just ok. Sweet potato fries greasy. Staff is ok. It seems like a high-end fast food place wanting to be a restaurant.
I ordered ramen take out and they packed the noodles and broth together in one container so when I got home there was noooo broth left like come onnnnb
I used to love this place but my last few times dining in or ordering out, something has been off.
My favorite meal there was the chicken katsu curry but it started to have a strong salt taste.
I tried the ginger chicken udon today and it seemed bland.
No one came to check to see how the meal was, and I had to wait for quite awhile to get the bill to pay.
It was not busy in there, just service was slow.
On my recent visit I spent $46 (including tax and tip) and it’s just not worth it. I hope things improve here because I really loved this restaurant.
Love this location, and the food was delicious. But we received some of the worst service I have ever seen. The waitress was rude to us and spent most of her time standing near the bar, chatting with other staff members. She never brought water. Eventually she seemed to have lost interest in being our waitress, and the hostess had to take over. All this time, the waitress was chatting at the bar. We had been planning on ordering dessert, but we chose not to.
Love the interior of the restaurant and the outdoor seating has a nice vibe as well. I'm obsessed with the chicken pad thai—the best I've ever had! Their teas are flavorful and the fresh juices leave you feeling well and energized. Great options for kids as well, real good meals instead of silly chicken nuggets that many other places offer.

Good location, good interior and mood, bad service. We asked for “ice water” and the server brought us tap water. We then thought we might have to pay extra for ice water which we didn’t mind. But then we saw that same server giving ice water to another table. When our friend got the receipt to pay, the server just put down the tap machine on table so our friend had to scan it by themselves. Honestly felt like racism. It shouldn’t take 30 min to bring water to our table. Food was okay. Too pricey for the service.
Not what I was expecting, the food and , cocktails where not great, just ok, I wanted to be seated in the second floor and the person who received us refused to do it and that was the reason why I chose this place, I don't recommend this place and I don't think I'm going back
Beautiful setting. Food is delicious, a little too bland. While it is more contemporary fusion, it doesn't lose its authenticity. Reserve ‘upstairs' standard seating for better ambiance.
The food was good, and the upstairs area, with its beautiful cherry blossom trees, makes for a great photo opportunity—especially for large groups. However, the service was terrible. A glass accidentally fell from our table, and when I apologized to the waitress and even offered to clean it up, her response was shockingly rude and said “Ermm yeh, what do you want me to tell you?” She was dismissive, arrogant, and unprofessional, even implying that we had dropped it on purpose. Unfortunately, her attitude completely ruined the experience. While the food was fine, I won't be returning because of the poor service.
All of the appetizers were great -- gyoza, crispy rice ahi! The duck ramen, just so so. Bland broth, fatty meat and hard to eat when it's in the ramen bowl but still on the bone. It's pretty there and the service is great, so I'll go back but just order a bunch of apps!
