I made a reservation for 13 people and although we weren't able to sit upstairs where all of the floral decor was, we still had a great time with outstanding service from our waiter, Manny. He was really nice and patient with our large party. He recommended some menu items and they were delicious. I'd recommend this place for the ramen, the chicken bao buns and the salmon with noodles. Overall great experience.
Since I am from eastern Europe I may say that service in America is not good at all. But in this place it's upper than average. It still has nothing to do with japanese cuisine and service (I lived there 3 years). Ramen even not close to japanese Ramen flavor, carry isn't like there. Although food is good and tasty. Staff is kind. Place is good. Prices are affordable.

The duck ramen, on the other hand, was rich, a bit fatty in the best way, and absolutely satisfying.
