Casual setting for great Korean dishes. Loved the food! Our server had good recommendations and was friendly. Our food came out very spaced apart even though they were all entrees. Otherwise, would have been a perfect score.

I was excited to go to wagamama after having gone back when I was in London years ago, before it came to the US. Restaurant was pretty empty for it being a Friday night at 7. The yuzu cocktail I had was tasty but a little on the sweet side. We had the fried cauliflower appetizer, pork gyoza, and 3 different kinds of ramen. The cauliflower was the only real winner - very crispy, tangy from the sauce, with a kick. Gyozas were average. The ramen was pretty disappointing overall - it came too cold and we had to send it back to get warmed up. The broth tasted like it had been made with bouillon cubes rather than the rich, deep, and flavorful broth you'd expect from a good ramen. It felt like a “fast food” version, like how a McDonald's burger is to a burger from a great steakhouse. Service however was excellent and attentive. Overall, there are just too many other great Asian restaurants at similar price points in NYC to warrant going back.

Needs a deep cleaning ; bathrooms, stairwell to bathrooms on the way down and on the way up; food exposed by counter facing stairwell to bathrooms; poor lighting. Food came in wrong order (ramen, then appetizers then edamame, then juice); some food was lukewarm if not cold. Very tired look overall, tired dishes, tired staff (cooks could care less; hosts don't even look at guesst). Needs a shut down and a refresh on every front.

The service was abysmal. Despite there being two servers for only three occupied tables (the restaurant was otherwise empty), they were entirely inattentive. Our only interactions happened after I patiently waited and then ultimately had to flag them down (check-in desk, ordering, asking for refill, and even to pay).

We were there on Thursday night, and it was super busy with many people on the waitlist. Despite that, the customer service was very helpful and friendly.
Saeda, the manager, was amazing. She came to talk to us, thanked everyone for their patience, and apologized for the wait. She was literally doing everything possible to help. Even when some guests were impatient and not very nice, she kept smiling and handled the situation professionally.
We were a group of five and only waited about 10 minutes. Other groups were seated at the same time as us, which we really appreciated.
I truly appreciate the customer service and the way everything was handled, even though it was very busy and stressful.

Thank you so much 😊 we need more people like you 🙏🏻

Food was delicious; our table had the duck ramen and salmon teriyaki. Service was prompt. My go to retaurant when I have tickets at City Center.

The service was awful. They massively overbooked reservations and when customers came to check in, they were actively rude and unhelpful. A group had a reservation for 6 people for 7pm and they were told it would be an HOUR wait. Ridiculous

We had an excellent experience here! Their New Years Eve menu offered great value for the price and the manager Donnell was very kind to us. Recommended!

Unfortunately our food came blend and undercooked. The Pad Thai noodle was undercooked. The Ramen was blend and sweet and the chicken Kerry was inedible. The chicken was bitter and over cooked, and the curry sauce didn't taste good at all. The service also wasn't at the par with a typical aisa restaurant.
