Very disappointing….no adult stuff to do other than drinks. $110+booking fee + 18%….we did nothing other than an okay meal….could just go to an other better restaurant

This only involves the reservation process

They try hard to use AI, but when making a reservation for 4 people , they send you a link that doesn't work. Tried calling again, at 3 in the afternoon, and impossible to get a human

Hope business is good for them - Lord knows how many reservations they are missing out on

Christmas was a total scam. 18% gratuity scam. Our waters were empty most of the time. Heated glass house? It was just as cold as outside. Online may have made this place appear fun for all ages. This was geared to small kids. I am big mad that in total this was 500 bucks, totally not worth it. I was in NYC for the weekend, this was a total bummer of a way to end the trip.

The food and drinks were great! Dessert was amazing too! I would definitely recommend this place for a holiday treat!

Skip this event!! It's a waste of time and money. It's nothing but a money grab. Highly over priced and very underwhelming. Also just cause you have a VIP ticket doesn't mean you'll get to be warm inside as they randomly and continuously use the VIP areas for private parties. The only highlight is getting a picture with santa that cost an extra 20$. However, the photos came out amazingly. He took them perfectly ♥️♥️♥️.

Kid-friendliness: It's just for kids and it's not worth it unless there under 8 and you want to pay 20$ for a very tiny cup of hot chocolate

While it was a very cute experience for my kids , the service from the waitress was a bit stand-off ish. It was like she would get irritated if we requested something else . For example we asked if we can swap the cider for a hot chocolate because my son did not want it (I didn’t care to pay the extra) and she had a face of irritation. Not to mention we paid online for the glasshouse of 4 people which included food and drinks and somehow the bill still came out to more than $100 because of the automatic 18% gratuity that we have to pay and my children wanted smores. The food wasn’t that great either but we made the best of our situation.

Still the bill shouldn’t have came out to be more than $70.

My children didn’t get to see Santa and the place was actually a lot smaller than I thought . I’d imagine it to be much more spacier .

My children did enjoyed their time despite how my husband and I felt . But I think next year we’ll be doing something different .

Go to the actual Santa Claus Winter Wonderland Google page for the holiday event, and you will see everyone’s true thoughts of this place. Many of the 5 stars listed here are due to the photo service- i.e. they take photos of you at the event & then pressure you into leaving a 5 star review to receive one photo for free (normally priced at $20 a pop for just one physical copy).

We paid for a semi private igloo, landing us at about $130 for the experience, two entrees, and two hot chocolates. The food was meh at best, and definitely overpriced when you consider it’s part of the admission. The ambiance was not it either. When we received our check, we found that we were being charged additional tax to our fever check out price (the $130) and an 18% tip on that price… Many tables around us also seemed confused & upset, but at that point you’re just out $200+ with nothing to show for it.

The waitstaff were friendly & nice, but this is an overpriced, let-down of a holiday experience.
