This is a great, local NYC diner with good food. It feels like some of the reviews here were expecting a Michelin star breakfast and this is not that. There are a lot of locals and pretty standard, good quality diner meals. If you are in the area and want a local restaurant, I’d definitely recommend this place.

Terrific old-school Diner with old-school Diner menu options. I'm very happy it's still there.

Some influencers recommended this place and visually it appeared to be a great place to eat. The atmosphere was fantastic, however the food was not good. My meatloaf tasted like it had more 'filler' than meat. Alfredo fettucini had little to no cream sauce. All hype and sadly it didn't deliver. Go to the following instead: a) Gracie Mews in Upper East and b) Carnegie Diner in Midtown.

Great place to have a late night meal... ordered an omelette and soup of the day... hits the spot after a long night on the town.

I went in there with 4 friends and the waiter signaled us to sit down. We waited for like 20 minutes and nobody came to take our orders, no water or anything. Lol, we only got the menu because they were already there in the first place. We even made eye contact with the same waiter a couple of times and he didn’t say anything. The place wasn’t busy or anything, and he eventually pretended that he didn’t see us. Like that’s so rude! It made me think if they were discriminating against us because we were LGBTQ folks. We ended up going to Julius Bar instead (we have no affiliation with them), and we ended up getting a better deal!!! Like a $9 burger at the time of writing! Just make sure you have cash because it’s cash only. Never supporting this $h!tty diner again!
