I went here for the Enter the Gungeon arcade cabinet and I was not disappointed. The store was more cramped than I expected, but it seems like a neat space to hang out in.
Their working hours are random . Never open near 12 pm . The cafe is going downhill.
Their hours are not transparent or clear. Even after checking their updated hours, they are not open this Wednesday at 5pm. They did not announce this on their social media.
Otherwise, their computers are good although the ping/internet is subpar for a gaming cafe (I had 30-100ms).
This cafe discriminates customers with certain political beliefs and one of the workers asked me if I was “retarded”, imagine the lawsuit if a corporate cafe like Starbucks asked a customer a question like that
Lack of cleanliness on PCs, mouse, keyboards without some keys, smelly headphones, not to mention that their PCs crash... They lack more interest in providing a better experience, their price is not worth it...
Stopped by after not been in a long while. Glad to see it’s still in operation even after the pandemic. Space is still nicely kept and the computers are top rate. Be aware the hours of operation have changed—it’s 4pm to 12am on weekdays.
Call to see if they're open before going here. They were closed when I arrived.
Went at 1300 on Friday. Was locked up and closed.
Sat Aug 31 and Sun Aug 18 they were closed with no notice. I guess they’ve shut down?
Dissatisfied

The staff here are very nice and the environment is also very good, but the network is very slow when there are a lot of people. (Believe me, I have been coming to this store for two years)
The best Gaming cafe in Manhattan! Really friendly staff. Came into play on one of their many high powered pc’s and enjoy some games but always distracted by the wide variety of Trading Cards available.
Spent way to much time looking through there random box of cards full of Dbz, One Piece & Digimon cards as well as Pokémon and final Fantasy!
Their pastry’s are delicious, and offer a nice menu, with personal Pizzas, wings, mozzarella sticks.
They offer everything at a fair price, $5 an hour for pc’s with bonuses, huge selection of loose cards & binders, with a wide TCG community, Couldn’t recommend this place enough for the gamer community!
They hold weekly Trading Card Tournaments and I look forward to going to this place in the future!
Went there and had an amazing time just playing Tekken and chatting, the place is welcoming, has a good set up and a nice cafe. It’s run by lovely people that make the environment feel like a place you’d hangout with friends.
Sadly seems to have gone downhill since I was last here during high school. The front desk girl is both a barista, chef, AND receptionist so she wasn’t as supportive as helping w setting you up w a PC that’s actually free and works. More than 4-5 of the PCS available were out of order and the ones that are free don’t turn on or aren’t connected to an actual system. I wish I was told that there aren’t any actual available pcs before purchasing time because unused time is non refundable. Unlikely to come back

Edit, they've refunded me! Glad to see that they are working on improving and major updates. Hopefully they expand the store soon to serve more patrons
Quality place with good food and very polite workers! A great place for the gaming community. Definitely check it out! They also have a very unique arcade version of "Enter the Gungeon!"
