Food is OK, but we have to put our order 3 times in a row, because the terminals have connection problems/same problem with the customer next to us/Nobody helps us. Accepts the payment and then turn it back.The restroom was very dirty and only one for M/F and when my wife enters a man was there.

The building itself is pretty nice, and the upstairs seating is well kept. However, this particular order was for breakfast, and it didn’t go well.
I think the language barrier might have been an issue because I specifically asked for unsweetened tea and received enough sugar to give my family tree diabetes. The patty was burned, and the ketchup—questionably unsanitary—was put directly on top of the fries.
The place wasn’t particularly busy, and the staff seemed content, which gave me a nice Washington Heights vibe. But based on this experience, it’s 2 stars at best.

If I could give zero stars I would give. I am in English speaking country and the worker doesnt even know english and mess up my order? For this I paid 7$!!! And I was asking her if there is an egg inside. If I could be rude in this review I would be but then I would get blocked. This is what is it like when stupid people work in services. This is a sign for you to always check your package, even inside. Thanks for ruining my day

Just witnessed a guy on his phone, then he went to put gloves on to handle the food but kept touching his phone the entire time he was handling the food. This is cross contamination.

Super dirty. Got a hair in my milk shake. Didn’t have what I ordered and had to substitute it. Couldn’t sit anywhere because it was that dirty. Unbelievable. Don’t go there! This shop should be closed down!

I found the male employee behind the counter to be dismissive and a rude. He saw i needed help looking for items on the menu and instead of asking me how he can help he just waves me away towards a menu off to the other side of the counter. I didn't even bother to stay and order even though I was hungry. I wound up getting pizza instead
