The worst experience! I went around 8:15am and had to wait 20-30 minutes to get a breakfast combo with a drink? Ridiculous. I tried calling to request a refund and they hang on me. I wouldn’t recommend waisting your time in this location, they are just so unprofessional and not fully staffed.

Good location, in direct proximity to the 9/11 memorial.The burger was rich in flavour but the bread dry. The fries were good and crispy. Calories were uncountable. Good for a quick lunch.

Food is fast, unless at rush hour. Staff works hard *big fat thumbs*Napkins and straws stand are empty for months.I just hope the self-serve takeout order stand could be in service again. It was very convenient. Until...thefts *sighed*
Cheap and clean. I only spent about 4 dollars for 3 items which is pretty cheap, especially for Wendys in Manhattan. Food was good and didn't have any problems with it. It is great how there is both seating upstairs AND downstairs.

Received the wrong orders, no dips or order amendments followed. The chicken was very rubbery and the fries were cold and flavourless. The atmosphere of the restaurant is outdated and there is no music or background.

Really love the food, the baconator is my favorite.The staff wasn’t very friendly tho, I bought a keychain (it was shown as a burger chain) but what I got was completely different. When I asked why, the person that was talking to me was REALLY annoyed “oh my god” he said, when there was other people… wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t feel very comfortable. I know that everyone has bad days so it’s fine… kinda
