Visited this morning just after 9am with high hopes. Place was nearly empty. Staff just couldn’t be bothered. Half of the items we ordered weren’t available. Lots angry customers. It took waaaaay too long to prepare. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Worse Wendy's ever!!! order a few times online for pick up, order never ready on time, had to wait more than 15 mins for a mobile order, always short on staff, hope they can change very soon, otherwise business will die eventually..

Quite literally the worst wendy’s I’ve been to. Rude, slow staff. I’ve come here once every two months because my work is around the corner and I’m hoping for it to be better and I can finally get my wendy’s fix in again. but it’s just ridiculous

There was no chocolate ice cream, there was no ice either, the burger, which in this case was the baconator, was too bad and in general everything was bad except the fries, which were decent.

Waited 30 minutes for the most simple order, and the food was cold! Cheese not melted or anything. Only 2 people working in the kitchen and in slowwwww motion. Never again.
