Rude as hell and the managers need to be fired because they are incompetent. Orders were backed up, and despite having a mobile order, there was a long wait for food. I was told the order came in thirty minutes ago and wasn't a long wait by the manager, and then wasn't refunded. I don't know in what God forsaken universe thirty minutes isn't a long wait, but I will tell you now that it absolutely is, and I wasn't about to argue with a manager with hot ass breath otherwise. Either hire more employees or get a better team, because not being able to get a refund for a long wait is insane. It is called fast food for a reason.

Meals ok for fast food but no toilets, which are both out of service (the ground floor and the first floor). ??????
This place is quite a thing!! A big spill hazard by the fountain machine, self-ordering machines not handing out reciepts nor QR codes, making it weird to fetch your order, and employees not giving you your full order until you ask for it (I had to ask for my drinks and they had to double check if it was right). Coming to taste, it's really not worth the price, even being near Times Square.

This place is take-away only. Ordered online and arrived to pick it up once I got the alert, and still had to wait 10 minutes. The staff were friendly despite the place being very busy. The burger was quite good, as were the loaded bacon fries. The portion size could've been bigger on the burger though.
